Rental period

Standard rentals include seven days on site. Additional days are billed at the daily rate quoted at booking.

Weight limits

Each container includes a stated tonnage. Loads exceeding that amount are billed per ton at the published overage rate.

Prohibited materials

Hazardous waste, liquids, paint, solvents, batteries, tires, asbestos, medical waste, and refrigerant-containing appliances may not be placed in any container. Customers are responsible for charges resulting from prohibited materials.

Placement and property

Customers designate the placement location and are responsible for confirming the surface can support a loaded container and truck. We use protective boards on residential driveways but cannot guarantee against all surface marking.

Loading

Debris must remain level with the top rail. Overfilled containers cannot be legally transported and may require a return trip billed as a dry run.

Cancellation

Cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your delivery window.

Payment

Payment is due on delivery unless account terms are established in advance.
